I forgot how totality looked like. Can anyone relate?

I remember almost every aspect of the eclipse like how it got dark very clearly and I remember that the corona looked yellowish and there were red solar flares and my emotions like almost shedding a tear. However I do not have a clear image of the eclipsed sun in my head. Like I don’t remember it being black in the middle. Also while I remember what the corona looked like, I barely remember it if it was a percentage I only remember it like 10%. This is very weird to me because I was staring at it to make sure that I would remember everything well. now I gotta plan to see the next one.
