Based on this recent Sprint Tri report, can I sub-3 an Olympic Distance in 16 days?

Can I do it?

Hello everyone, been training to an Olympic Distance Triathlon since the start of June. Did a Sprint Tri recently and got these results:

Finish Time: 1:07:27

Swim: 10:04

T1: 3:37

Bike: 26:22

T2: 1:28

Run: 25:54

Personally, I feel pretty good about it, but I am also serious about scoring 3 hours or less so now is not the time to pat myself on the back. I wanted to get whatever feedback I can on preparing the *best* I can to have the race I want on August 30th.

So my questions are:

- Can I do it? (I think the answer is yes)

- What can I do to prepare for this race now? I have a training plan I follow and I wont be doubling it up or doing anything reckless like that, but anything that can get me ready I'm open to hear about

-Any way I can trim down on any of these legs that will get me even more ready for the Olympic Tri?

Open to any and all feedback. Thanks again for reading.
