How stable of employment is Allied Universal?

Job Question

I’ve been in the security industry for a long time (primarily in operations management and armed guard work). Of course, I’ve heard and seen nothing but horror stories about Allied for the past 15 years, both online and from past colleagues who left the company.

However, last week I saw a full/ time armed post with Allied that paid comically high, to the point where I just blindly applied, not expecting anything of it.

They contacted me via the text message AI bot within 30 mins of my application, and by 10pm that same day, I went through the entire interview process and got offered the job.

I’m in the background process right now and seriously considering actually taking it. Like I said, it pays exceptionally well (like 30k a year raise from where I’m at now) to the point that I don’t even care about their reputation.

Here’s my overall question. Since the hiring process was so skeptically easy and effortless, do they have a history of just getting rid of people/losing contracts? I’m just worried that losing my job there will be easy as it was to get hired.
