Scabies treatments failed multiple times - UK

Sorry if you have seen my previous posts - my scabies treatment has failed multiple times. I have only ever had spots and intense night itching. I took a dermatologists advice and stopped all treatment for 3 weeks because they convinced me it was post scabies. I went away for one week so thought the chance of being infected again is low. However, my symptoms came back with a vengeance. I think I may have finally developed a burrow on my leg! Super itchy thin line noticed, thickened and wavy. It’s my first official burrow. I’ve treated myself with malathion last Friday and will repeat tomorrow. I’m living out of bags, I’m unsure if I’m just reinfecting myself at this point no matter what I do. I’m doing laundry every day and night, I feel like I’m losing my mind. I’ve stopped seeing my family, friends and even my partner. I’m depressed out of my mind and I’m so ready to end my life. This has been so awful.
I had ivermectin in May and I think I got reinfected sadly.
Thinking of buying Spinosad or Benzyl Benzoate from maximpulse since it’s not available in the UK, but the total cost is adding up to be a lot. I’ve already spent so much out of my own pocket and I feel like it’s taken over my life. Has anyone got any success stories with the BB or spinosad from uk?
