Five things that would have to be true before you'd list your inventory somewhere other than Cardmarket

Meta

I've spent the last couple of weeks asking sellers here what actually costs them money. The answers were useful, but everyone kept landing on the same place in the end: it doesn't matter, because nobody's moving anyway.

So let's do the concrete version. Below are five things a platform could do. For each one, I'd like to know whether it would move you at all, or whether it's irrelevant.

1. Mandatory photos above a price threshold.

Say every card over 20 euro requires front and back images before it can be listed. Bulk stays as it is. A seller here told me photographing takes him 1-2 minutes per card, which is fine on a 30 euro card and absurd on a 30 cent one. Would you list on a platform that made you do this? Or is it a dealbreaker?

2. Condition and inspection level as separate fields.

Right now "EX, individually checked, photographed" and "NM, bulk, never looked at" compete on the same line and sort by price alone. So grading honestly drops you out of NM filters and costs you sales. Splitting them means you can be accurate without being punished for it.
Would you use it, or would you just tick the highest option anyway?

3. Cart optimisation on final price including shipping.

Right now the wizard picks the cheapest cards and hands you three sellers and three lots of postage. Someone in another thread showed it costing him 7 euro extra on a three card order.
Does this affect you as a seller at all, or is it purely a buyer thing?

4. A location field per listing.

Somewhere to record which box and row a card physically lives in, so pick times don't grow with inventory. Sellers here are currently abusing the comment field for this, writing codes like 26AA to remember which purchase a card came from. Useful, or do you already have a system that works?

5. Import your existing listings in one go.

Meaning you don't start from an empty shop. Reputation still starts at zero, that part nobody can fix.

Honest question on that last one: how much of "I'm not moving" is the work of relisting, and how much is purely the reputation reset? Because if it's mostly reputation then everything above is beside the point, and I'd rather know that now.

Not selling anything, no link, nothing to click. I'm trying to work out whether the friction people describe is actually solvable or whether the lock-in is social rather than technical.
