My Ps5 Pro is Suffering from Perpetual Packet Loss and I don’t know why

Hi everybody, I’m hoping somebody will know something.

For the past month now, my ps5 pro has been constantly affected by packet loss.

I tried many things to fix it
- reset WiFi
- got a WiFi extender
- Ethernet cord
- cleaning it

Nothing’s worked. No matter what I do I still get a lot of packet loss in my online games.

I know it’s not my WiFi, all my other devices work 100% fine.

My friend thought that maybe some kind of hardware in the ps5 that connects to the network got damaged somehow. Most likely from heat because of the summer. I think it’s plausible, but my ps5 also doesn’t hasn’t given me any indication that it has problems from overheating.

I’m hoping somebody will be able to help me figure this out. Feel free to ask me any questions about it. I’m not unwilling to take it to a shop but only after I know what the problem is.
