Motorhome pass now come through

I'll keep this breif because I've seen a million posts like this. But my turn now i guess:

Bought a motorhome settlement pass separately on ticket sellers after they sent me a private link a few weeks after the sale after I emailed them (all festival tickets were sold out but motorhome passes weren't)

Email confirmation says I'll be emailed a bar code

My ticket sellers account says it an e ticket and go use the code

Greenman have said they are sending all through the post.

What's happening here?
