I know this might sound weird but. I think Kagura and Ren are similar in some ways

I know it sounds strange but hear me out.

Kagura said that she loves Kyo because she felt guilty for Kyo, she started developing genuine feelings for him, and I believe she might have pitied him at one point.

Ren loved Akira but I believe that she did it so there would be a descendent for the Sohma family to be the next family head, but as time went on she started developing genuine feelings for him, and by the time Akito was born she wanted Akira all to herself, so when he died it broke something in her.

Yes, Ren is evil while Kagura isn’t, but they have very similar moments.
