Did Steffy just give Sheila what she wanted?

If Steffy divorces Finn this plays right into Sheila's hands. Sheila will be able to work on Finn without Steffy buzzing in his ear trying to gain access to him and Hayes. Especially if Steffy tells him she's not getting back together with him and the divorce goes through. At that point Steffy's only option would be to get a restraining order against Sheila for Hayes.
