Is overdrill canon?

Ive been trying to track down a comprehensive chronological list for pd2 jobs and nowhere is overdrill mentioned. I know mayan gold is crucial to the story so it has to take place somewhere. FBI files, in game career, loads of guides on the web all just list the main job names and call it a day. Is there such a guide for pd2? Is it because the only relevant 'secrets' are overdrill and the president one so it gets by unmentioned? Please someone help.
