Why am I nauseous?!?

I had a baby almost 13 weeks ago.

Prior to pregnancy I had tons of seemingly random nausea. I always thought it was endo related. My pregnancy was awful in some ways, but by 20 weeks I wasn’t nauseous anymore. A lot of my GO symptoms had resolved. Now I am back to the nausea on and off.

Do you think it is likely hormone related or could it have a physical cause? I’m so sick of feeling sick. I have an appointment with my endo guy in September, but it’s just so damn depressing. I hate it here.
