Looking for an EDC to use when riding my onewheel at night in traffic areas

Hi, its getting dark pretty early now where I live, and I ride my Onewheel (some sort of EUC) to work, and its headlights, if can consider them headlights, are absolute garbage, and Im getting surprised by every rock or pothole ok the road, paired with not being able to see more than 2m in front of me.

What would be a good handheld EDC flashlight that would be bright enough to see the road aswell as in front of me, but not too bright cause i ride in a city with traffic.

It would also be cool if it was impact resistant if I were to lose grip of it at speed.

My max budget would be 65 bucks, willing to go 80 if its really great
