How to get COVID-19 vaccination certificate now? (Surokkha portal/OTP not working)

Hi everyone,

I need to collect my COVID-19 vaccination certificate, but I'm completely stuck. I’ve been trying to download it from the official portal (surokkha.gov.bd), but the site seems non-functional. Whenever I enter my details, the login OTP never arrives on my phone, no matter how many times I try.

Has anyone here successfully downloaded or collected their certificate recently?

Is there a workaround or a specific time to bypass the OTP issue?

Is there an alternative portal or active app that I should be using instead?

Do I need to physically visit the hospital where I was vaccinated, or the DGHS office to get a physical copy?
