Remember the newborn viewing rooms in hospitals?

We are probably the last generation to have experienced going to the hospital to ser the newborn babies. I remember being a kid in the 80s/90s and seeing my siblings and cousins in those rooms. With their last name inside their crib. Anyone remember those?
