Is around Tetouan a good site for the 2027 total eclipse?

I managed to book something there since it was impossible anywhere in Spain. I’m wondering if that area is considered a good spot? It’s not far from the beach, and in a mostly residential area. This will be my second eclipse after last night’s absolute marvel!
