Flame Skirt Bug (?)
Does anyone know why the Flame Skirt did not proc a single point of burn? I slowed 24+ times, the enemy had items that could be slowed, and they didn't have any Radiant items or anything that would have negated slow. I'm at a major loss as to what happened
