E to O Training Timeline

Can someone provide insight or clarity on the tech school process for E to O officers in the ANG? I was hired into an O slot (14N) and am requesting OTS and Tech School dates. I’m getting conflicting information on whether or not I can request both (OTS, Tech School) together or if I need to request separately, why.

I’ve tried looking for AFIs or other documentation but haven’t had success. BETM hasn’t been super helpful on providing clarification either.

As Enlisted we can go straight to tech school after BMT assuming there’s a slot.

But reading through posts using search it looks like even on the AD side it’s quite normal to attend OTS, PCS to your first base, and then go to tech school after an undetermined amount of time.

Just trying to better understand this process. Would appreciate any Air Force documentation as well that I can read through if possible.
