On call

Is there any nurses out there that have IH and have to be on call? I take xyvav and I can't take it the week I am on call for obvious reasons. The backlash is I am late to work and today I couldn't even wake up to go in. We rarely get called in at night since we are a specialty. I don't know what to do. I don't want to leave this job. My supervisors are aware and supportive.
