Can I use QuietWalk with Pergo Duracraft LVP?

Flooring newbie and new condo owner here - I am planning to replace the carpet in my condo with Pergo Duracraft LVP. My HOA has a rule where the IIC needs to be >= 55 and I asked Pergo directly for the reports but didn't get one for the exact one I plan to use and said it's dependent on the ceiling and subfloor assembly (which I don't know).

My HOA said QuietWalk would work as an approved underlayment for the building but I am wondering, can I use it with the Pergo Duracraft LVP since it already comes with underlayment? Does anyone have any experience? TIA!
