A mother figure in my life came onto me.

I (19M) have a pretty shit home life, I never knew my mother and my dad and I never talk. He doesn’t hate me or anything, we just never speak other than “I made X. There’s also Y for after school.” But like we don’t do anything together and we don’t discuss our lives.

I’ve always looked for excuses to get out of the house, and for a quite a few years there’s been an older woman with a son that’s much younger than me that I’ve hung around with a lot. I’ve helped him learn to ride a bike, I’ve helped them with projects around the house, I was at his birthday parties etc etc.

I introduced myself when they moved here and he was just a tiny kid and helped them out, and talked to her quite a bit. I saw her as like kind of a mother for years now, and I’ve seen him as a little brother, not actually but like as one of those “so close it’s practically family” type deals.

Recently they were celebrating something and I was invited over, and she physically came onto me. I don’t want to get into details because it’s uncomfortable to think about but she wasn’t trying to convince me to change my mind or anything, the second I told her I was uncomfortable she stopped and backed off. I left and I haven’t been back there in over a week, she’s texted me a few times to apologize and say she was drunk and didn’t behave herself, but I don’t know what to do or say.

I’m replaying the relationship with her and wondering what I did that could’ve made her think we were like that. I tried to remember if I ever had banter with her unintentionally, I wondered how long did she want me like that, I don’t know what to even say to her, it’s an odd situation. I just wanted to get this off my chest, I rewrote this so many times figuring if i wanted to say it, so I wrote this and used a throwaway for anonymity. I'm sure I'll figure something out but I had to tell someone I think.
