Does maxing approval early lock you out of some cutscenes?

Im in act 1 in the underdark, i didn't even got to the grymforce yet. Then I realized I accidentally maxed Astarion and Shadowhearth's approval. Is there a chance of me missing a few scenes in act 2 or 3 because of this?
