My coworkers think I have cancer.

Hi, everyone. I’m going to make this brief. I took a leave of absence from work for mental health reasons. During this break, I shaved my head because it’s hot as balls outside. I also lost some weight. When I returned to the office today everyone was acting strange but nice to me. The receptionist remarked on my weightless. One person even asked if the haircut was “related to the medical leave” and I said no. I’m pretty sure everyone thinks I have cancer now. How do I clear this up?
