My 7 week old kitten

Hello, I need help. Last night, my 7 week old female kitten, Mandy. Was still healthy, able to move, play with her siblings, but is a weak eater. I’ve been trying to feed her ever since and she just refused. Today, she couldn’t move, I’m scared. I fed her wet food via syringe, drink water. But she won’t move, she can still lightly but slowly move her paws, head. But can’t move the rest of her body, I really need help.
