See I won't be able to explain everything so I am asking AI to tell you what these numbers mean the data is from

The Jharkhand "Ghost Hospital" Situation

\\\\\\\* The Situation: The term "ghost hospital" in this context refers to healthcare facilities that are officially categorized as "hospitals" by the government but completely lack the actual infrastructure—specifically inpatient beds—to function as one. They inflate the total number of facilities on paper without providing meaningful inpatient capacity.

\\\\\\\* The Proof: According to the data for Jharkhand in image, the state reports an impressive 4,344 rural government hospitals. However, the table shows that there are only 10,517 rural beds allocated across all of these facilities.

\\\\\\\* By dividing the number of rural beds by the number of rural hospitals (10,517 ÷ 4,344), it reveals an average of just 2.4 beds per rural hospital.

\\\\\\\* A facility with only 2 to 3 beds is structurally incapable of functioning as a hospital; it is effectively a small primary clinic or sub-center.

The Maharashtra vs. Tamil Nadu Disparity

\\\\\\\* The Situation: There is a severe regional inequity in public healthcare infrastructure. Certain states have invested heavily in building out robust government hospital networks with massive bed capacities, while other major, heavily populated states lag significantly behind, forcing their populations to rely on a much smaller pool of public healthcare resources.

\\\\\\\* The Proof: A direct comparison between Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra in image perfectly illustrates this disparity:

\\\\\\\* Tamil Nadu has a total of 2,644 government hospitals (2,003 rural + 641 urban) equipped with a staggering 1,16,733 total beds.

\\\\\\\* Maharashtra, despite being a larger and more populated state overall, has only 512 total government hospitals (364 rural + 148 urban) equipped with just 27,337 total beds.

\\\\\\\* This data proves that Tamil Nadu has more than five times the number of public hospitals and over four times the number of public hospital beds compared to Maharashtra, highlighting a massive gap in state-level healthcare infrastructure.
