Stopping Inderal 10mg dead turkey

Hi,

I am 39M, 5 feet 7, 78 kg with no previous medical issues. I used to smoke but switched to vaping a couple of years ago.

I was told to take Inderal 10 mg 2 tabs a day for 2 weeks by my GP. I went in due to raised BP of around 140/90 and pulse rate of 114. My question is will it be safe to stop taking the medicine cold turkey after 2 weeks? Should I be looking for any symptoms after leaving it?
