Relationship advice

I talked to him this morning and we said I would take him to the airport even tho I had a really busy day. I didn’t end up seeing him yesterday either bc he had a lot to do right before the trip. He said this morning that before the flight, he could probably hit me up and we could do something during the day and he never hit me up. I called him at 3 and he didn’t pick up and then it was already 7 and he didn’t call me back. He needed to be at the airport by 8 something. I called him and he said he was with his friend and his friend was just gonna take him because I sounded busy and then I literally rearranged my whole day to make sure I would be able to take him to the airport. And then when he picked up he said he was with his friend and then I started crying because I wanted to see him before he left. I’m upset bc he should have communicated that with me and he never made time to see me but got food with this guy and he said that he thinks I’m kind of exaggerating that he didn’t do anything wrong and doesn’t want me to get crazy and if he told his friend, he doesn’t want his friend to say that that girl is crazy. He said he was gonna get off the phone bc he was around his friend and he didn’t want his friend knowing his business and then he hung up. And I called back and he said I could just take him then. Am I over reacting ??
