Anyone Else Have This Problem?

I recently have been getting into Yugioh, and i bought some sleeves to put on them. i bought the Japanese sized clear mattes from dragon shield for the outer, and the Japanese sized clear perfect fits for the inner. i also bough some Japanese sized amber matte's for my extra decks so i can tell them apart from the main deck. i noticed that even though my clear and amber are both Japanese sized, the amber one seems to be the only one that actually changed sizes! i compare my clear matte to some standard sized sleeves i have for magic, and realize that they are almost identical in size, while my amber one is significantly smaller. i dont know if i just got super unlucky with a malfunction the factory, or if this goes for all of their japanese clear mattes, but i need feedback. thank you!
