Korean snacks to bring back home from Seoul? Snack souvenirs for gifting etc.

My friend highschool is coming to Seoul for the first this fall and is asking me about what to bring back home for snack and gifts. I was thinking the typical dried seaweed, ramyeon and things like that but I think her family might not really eat that. Anyone have any good suggestions on snacks (that her American family will actually eat) that are good for gifting when you go back home?
