Does this ever go away?

Im 25, I’ve had fibromyalgia for over a year now. I was officially diagnosed a few months ago and I tapered from lexapro to cymbalta 30mg. It did nothing for me. A month ago I got put on 60mg, still did nothing. I’m so tired of this pain, it’s always seemingly random and I can’t figure out what causes my flares. Is there anything that helps you not have a flare?
