Deep Voice Physical Reaction

So the past few days I’ve been having this thought where I’m talking to a woman and suddenly my voice gets deeper and rougher, almost somewhere between angry and serious, and I say something in that voice. In my imagination, she gets startled by the sudden change in my voice and immediately gets shaky or feels aroused.

I’m trying to understand whether what I’m imagining is just a fantasy I’ve developed, or whether there’s actually a physical response that can happen from a man’s voice or tone like this.
