Y'all I just want to ask. How am I gonna show like my portfolio when I cannot even show people my Twitter?? I'm slightly confused

I been using that website for all of my art kinda! And I been ignored because I keep saying(first of all I don't understand that rule but I'll try understanding which is why I need an answer)

So what should I do?? I feel like I'm not getting any commissions because of this.... Sorry btw
