First impression... Just feels like there is less reason for this to exist compared to the Chromatic

The Chromatic is a better experience than playing on original hardware or an emulator. The M64... has competition. It's a little cheaper than the (hardware) competition, but it still feels pricey when you add a controller and it shows up and there isn't even an HDMI cable included. Menus and firmware update process feel clunky. Most interesting features "coming soon". I don't know, it isn't bad! I guess I just expected something closer to the Chromatic experience.
