Mod: Cosmetic Outfits

Does anyone have this mod and explain to me how it works? I kinda feel like I must be an idiot cause I have Palschema and the other required base mods downloaded and then the outfits mod they are enabled downloaded and turned on but I can’t figure out how I am meant to get them? I checked my converbelt to see if they were in there then the antique wardrobe and nothing? Am I missing something?
