Anyway to go back a day further then the auto save?!?!

I’m on October 15th and I’ve spent the whole last 3 days both irl and in game grinding so hard for the jellyfish event
But on the afternoon dive I went to go fight the giant wolf eel thinking I was going to be allowed to run the sushi part but now I can’t
My the lastest auto save SAYS “day 14 evening” but it loads me right to when I got back on the boat
The save after that says “day 15 morning” but loads me on the morning of day 16 instead

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me there’s a way to go back to day 14!!
