NHL Hut champions

I have a simple question and im curious to know the awnser.. since the beggining of season 1 in Hut CHAMPIONS, i went 5-0 like 80% of the time and 100% after i went 5-0, I lose 3 games in a row where the other goalie is in god mode and my goalie allow a goal in every single shot, result all the time i end up with a 12-8 on 13-7 record. I mean why is it like that? Why play a mode when you already know the end results? Is it program? Does someone at EA decides the end results of a online game? Like what the hell is going on here
