Info Needer- Mds Cat-B(management quota) Costs in Hyderabad and Advice

My spouse has completed bds couple of years back and has been practicing in smaller clinics. Due to kids, spending time on studying for mds is not happening. She got around 8k rank in her last attempt and is still locked in for pursuing MDS.

Wanted to understand what are the management quota donation+course fees for MDS in specializations such as Endo, Ortho in colleges in and around hyderabad.

Colleges such as Paninya, Balaji dental etc which are within daily commute limits of the city.

Also any other suggestions/alternatives for career wise if not MDS.
