Insensitive audible s** of housemate

Problem/Goal: Paano po ba mag confront ng housemate mo na medyo audible talaga sila mag s** sa gf nya. (Also I’m a girl living next room alone) the speakers have been raised by the landowner (they use the music to cover up but I can still hear everything from the background).

I’ve been holding back not to burst out and bang the wood wall everytime they do it while I’m in my room. Planning to do it respectfully to set boundaries. It feels disrespectful for me wanting peace, the place is owned by a friend of mine which i cannot still afford to rent out and both of us (male housemate and me) stays for free here.

May i know what conditions i can give out to them during my planned meeting with him and my friend?
