getting a few interview requests & feeling conflicted

I decided I didn't want to teach anymore at the end of last school year. I figured this school year, whicg is Year 3 for me, would be my last. I applied to a bunch of jobs over the summer because I know the job market is really bad right now and I figured that by the time I received an offer, that by then it would probably be mid year and I could ask if they'd be willing to let me finish out my contract for the school year (like if this was in the Spring).

My district just started school this week. And I have received interview requests from two different organizations. Obviously interviews are just one step of the process (although, in the field I'm moving to, it's usually only one interview) but I feel a bit conflicted now because they're jobs I would like doing but I kind of thought I would at least get to finish the year with my kids. I wasn't prepared to not finish my 3rd year. So I'm not sure what to do if I get offered the job?

My district spreads our money out over 12 months so our August paycheck is for hours we haven't worked yet. Also, teachers in my district are also getting really big raises this year after collective bargaining last year and they might get spread out over the course of the school year.

so a bit unsure! uncertainty is scary! not sure what i should do if i am potentially offered a job?
