Thinking of applying!

Hi there! I am currently looking at schools and wanting to make a career change into social work, specifically therapy. I have been working in UX and technology for 10 years, but my original dream and plan was for a psych degree and to follow this path. My undergrad experience was a 3.85 GPA from a strong univ, magna cum laude, with a business major, psych minor (2 classes away from a degree, so mad i didn't just stay and finish).

I am also incredibly ambitious and want to get into one of the best MSW programs - I'm happy to move states to accomplish this! I was hoping for some advice in terms of admissions - for those who went to a great program, what did you do to prepare? What do you think got you admitted? TIA!!
