For context, this was a comment section under a YouTube Short that had jokes from multiple places on the internet.

One of the jokes spread a lot of controversy in the comment section.

It specifically included a woman who had a father that usually said stuff like "I'll be damned if I took care of your children" as a cranky dad joke.

The dad, unfortunately passed away. (May he rest in peace)

The daughter made a tweet with this context, and then said something alongside the lines of "Don't worry dad, even in the afterlife I sent you one"

The "one" in this context is a child. Now, it's not specified if it was abortion, miscarriage or murder. But it's confirmed to be a child.

That woman made a tweet, joking about sending her father a child in the afterlife.

It seems wholesome, but the original post was genuinely disgusting. She said it with no sadness and just straight up joking about the situation.

Then, a user made a comment on the video saying that this certain joke was wild. Shortly after, someone replied with "I think she (poster) was referring to abortion".

The user "Deadsoul" replied "all the options are disturbing" and multiple people in the comments started making fun of this person and saying they were anti abortion and whatsoever.

Regardless of your stand on abortion, the comment section is in the wrong here.

Posting "I sent my dad a child to take of in the afterlife" as a joke is disturbing. And every other option that wasn't abortion (murder or miscarriage) is also even more disturbing.

Now, I know some people might say "The commenters didn't have the full context of what "Deadsoul" was saying" however I'd like to disagree.

The full context was obvious and simple, as dead soul didn't say "abortion is disturbing" or anything like that. They simply said "all the options are disturbing" which is true. Even the abortion option is disturbing because having an abortion and then making a tweet about your dead dad and the fetus is just weird. (Again, I'm not saying abortion is bad. I'm not criticizing abortion, I'm criticizing with the original poster said in her post).

The people hating and saying the user is weird are the ones that are weird if they think that type of behavior is normal.

I don't necessarily hate those people, but I hate the way they think. Everytime they see abortion (or any other topic regarding their gender/beliefs) mentioned in any place, they immediately get on the defensive and start spewing hate instead of understanding the full context and then offering their opinion.

I know abortion is a sensitive topic for women, but that still doesn't excuse this type of behavior.

Please don't turn the comment section into an argument about abortion, I know I talked about it quite a lot in this post but I was referring to the behavior seen in this comment section which I hate very much.

People allow themselves to get offended easily those days which makes them get into ridiculous and meaningless arguments.

I hate this type of behavior.
