Scared about exposure should I report?

So I was helping with a patient today and got in contact with blood whilst gloved then I went in the bathroom and emptied the blood out whilst still gloved and cleaning the sink and countertop with soap and paper towel same gloves and rinsed my gloves then went out and took off said gloves and it tore one hand and I felt the splash on my inner elbow and immediately went to the station and washed with soap and water even though no skin was broken I just need help going to sleep that nothing bad happened
