How to move on

I have liked a guy for 8 months. I fell in love with him before i even knew his name. It was love at first sight and istg i was down bad. I eventually got to know him and my feelings grew deeper. I nvr told him because i wanted to get to know him better. Then in April he told me tht he liked my best friend. I was devastated (ff they are dating now. We r not friends anymore and me n my bsfs friendship is kinda messy). I have tried everything i could to move on but i can't. I deleted all his pics i deleted all the screenshots of the chats i posted and reposted sad reels like all the coping mechanisms i have tried. I genuinely dk wht to do anymore. I feel like qais from laila majnu and i can't blame myself but i have to let him go and move on. If yall are reading this pls give me tips to move on. I feel like mujhe usse ishq hogya wa hai. 😭😭😭
