Got prescription, picked up at lower insurance price then 2 weeks later denied??

I’m nervous and confused. I’ve been on .25 for 2 weeks about to do my 3rd. I got my prescription ordered and filled then purchased asap since i’ve been waiting for forever… Get a note from my doctor’s office to call insurance that it was denied.. i don’t want to stop :(
