I do not understand the appeal of ai music.

I’m not trying to come on here and be negative, or talk about all the reasons I dislike ai in general, this is just a genuine question for people who enjoy ai music.

Why?
I am a huge music fan, but ai music I just can’t listen to. For me, the soul and human emotion is what makes it so appealing. Hearing the genuine emotion in the voices and instrumentation is so invigorating. But in ai music, none of that exists; the voices are generic, and lack any semblance of human driven choice. It’s just like listening to an annoying appliance jingle. I love music because it tells me about human experience. And listening to ai music, it really just tells me the creator has no actual passion for the art of making music.

And I constantly see casual usage of ai music online; people raving about it and whatnot—so, what makes you WANT to listen to it, when there’s so much absolutely phenomenal, emotionally driven, creative music already out there? This is a genuine question, because I just cannot wrap my head around it.
