What would I put in the altar to find items for my PRM Spellbinder?

I’m trying to get the Band of the Eternal Haunt. First thing in it is +Cold Damage, so would I put Wendigo in the altar?

I also need the ring Albrecht’s Duality which has +Aether listed first. PRM does all the elements and aether so I’m curious.
