Newly build system will not complete memory training update:

I am able to get bios working and even a windows boot manager screen (from an old ssd I intend to wipe and install windows on) when I have an hdmi plugged into the mother board.

Gpu in or out it goes in and out of bios no problem. When I remove the hdmi from the mother board is when I will not post.
