Fraud at Reseller

Long story short, a salesperson at a Verizon Authorized Reseller placed a new phone order, financed over 3 years, as well as a plan upgrade on one of my lines. The line user was not and has never been an account manager or owner, only a user of a line in my name/on my plan. They asked to buy a phone in full and start their own account. This young adult left the store with zero paperwork assured a phone was being ordered to store where they would pay for it when it arrived and then have a plan put in place. The salesperson perpetrated absolute fraud.

Took me three customer service rounds and about 7 hrs of my life to get all that cancelled.
