Ebike & roller blades?

Super random, but wondering if it's okay/normal to ride an ebike in Okinawa? Do you ride in the road, or can an ebike be on the walkway/sidewalk?

And are rollerblades okay on sidewalks? Like could I rollerblade down Kokusaidoori, or would that be rude/disrespectful?
