having a big issue with a tutor and don't know who to talk to

it's week four and im really struggling i want to cry. they're rude, they're mean, they dont care about their students or their teaching. i also JUST gave them constructive criticism (not even, i just said we come to tutorials to learn and they literally disagreed??) and im about to rip out my hair because im not learning anything and my assessments are all 50% bullshit.

who can i talk to? what can i do about this?
