Do I have another chance?

I once applied to a company and was part of the few people invited to their virtual career event. During the event, where got to meet with the hiring manager, we were told that we would be invited for interview. I was ghosted. I reached out to both the HM and recruiters but got no response.

Another flier is out for another round of career event and job advert.
I am thinking of applying again but do I have a chance again with the same set of recruiters and hiring manager? Since I didn’t know why I was ghosted the first time.
